Regulated market — offshore not ranked as legal

Offshore sportsbooks and US players: what we will and will not rank

We only rank books we funded and withdrew from, and only if they accepted players from that location in our tests.

What applies here

Licensed US sports betting is state by state, and this site reviews offshore and crypto books instead. We do not rank unlicensed books as legal US sportsbooks, and we publish no state pages. Read the payout log and the methodology, then decide for yourself.

Books that accepted this location in our tests

No ranking

No ranking here. This is a regulated market and we will not label an offshore or crypto book as licensed in it.

The other US page

This page is the caution page: we do not name a legal number one for the United States and we publish no state pages. Our evergreen page on which offshore books accept US players, and which banking rails clear, lives at offshore sportsbooks and US banking. Neither page ranks an unlicensed book as a legal US sportsbook.

United States: common questions

Question

Do you rank a legal number one for United States?

No. United States runs a registered market and the offshore and crypto books we test are not registered in it. We will not label an unlicensed book a legal local sportsbook.

Question

What does payout-tested mean?

We fund a real account, place real bets, request a real withdrawal, and record the hours from request to arrival. Only books with a logged withdrawal can appear in a ranking.

Question

How reliable is a single payout test?

Each operator here has n=1 from the 16 Sep 2026 batch. One withdrawal shows that the rail worked once at that amount band — it is not a long-run median, and we say so on every card.

Question

What if the site blocks me at signup?

Geo-blocks change without notice. Confirm acceptance in the cashier before depositing, and tell us if a book refuses your location so we can update the page.

Where the numbers come from

Every score is our published overall from the desk audit, and every payout figure comes from a logged withdrawal with the date attached.
