Why Was My Sportsbook Withdrawal Declined?
Declined sportsbook withdrawals almost always come down to five causes: verification is incomplete, bonus rollover is unmet, the payout details do not match the account name, the amount is outside the book's limits, or a bonus term was breached. Each is visible in the cashier and fixable.

1. Verification is incomplete
The most common cause. Books hold the first payout until identity documents clear. Upload ID, selfie, and proof of address and expect 24 to 72 hours.
2. Rollover is not met
If a bonus is active, the cashier normally blocks withdrawals until the wagering requirement is cleared. Check the pending bonus balance — the shortfall is usually shown there.
3. Payout details do not match
Books require the payout name to match the account holder. In Brazil, Mostbet requires the Pix CPF to match exactly; a mismatch bounces the payout back to your balance.
4. Amount is outside limits
Minimums and caps are rail-specific. A $10 crypto request may be fine while the same amount fails on a wire with a $500 minimum. Weekly and monthly caps also apply at several books.
5. A bonus term was breached
Betting below the minimum odds, hedging both sides, or mixing casino play into a sports bonus can void a promotion and any winnings tied to it. Read the terms before claiming, not after.
